The Company processes personal data that the Consumer voluntarily provides during account registration, profile setup, Site usage, communication with the Company, and payment transactions. In addition, technical data is automatically collected to ensure the proper functioning of the Site, its security, and to improve the consumer experience.

The Company does not guarantee the achievement of any specific results or performance outcomes as a result of using the Site.

2. TECHNICAL NATURE OF THE SITE

The Site functions as a technical software platform that provides automated interaction between the Consumer and third-party cryptocurrency exchanges through the use of application programming interfaces (APIs) and other technical solutions.

The Site does not make decisions regarding trading operations and does not influence their content, parameters, or outcomes. Any actions performed through the Site are the result of the technical processing of settings and instructions provided by the Consumer and are executed directly on third-party platforms.

During the operation of the Site, information received from cryptocurrency exchanges via API requests may be processed. Such data is used solely for technical purposes related to the correct execution of the Site’s automated functions and is intended for informational purposes only.

To ensure the stable and correct operation of the Site’s automated functions, a technical mechanism may provide the Consumer with a unique IP address allocated from the Company’s infrastructure. This IP address is used exclusively for technical purposes in the interaction between the Site and third-party platforms and is not used to identify the Consumer personally.

Automated technical processes may also be used during the operation of the Site to ensure stability, diagnose technical issues, protect against abuse, and optimize functionality. The processing of such data is limited in scope and conducted solely for technical purposes.

3. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

We process the personal data of Site Consumers for the following purposes:

  • Exchanges. The Site supports integration with cryptocurrency exchanges via API to enable automated trading functions, including Binance, ByBit, OKX, Gate.io, and MEXC. Within such integrations, the Service exchanges data only to the extent necessary to verify balances, calculate order parameters, and execute trading operations according to the Consumer’s settings.
  • Government authorities. We will share information with government bodies in accordance with legal requirements, including (without limitation) in response to lawful requests from authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements, as well as in connection with income reporting obligations. We cooperate with government and law enforcement agencies to ensure compliance with and enforcement of the law.

By visiting the Site and providing Your personal data, You consent to its processing by the above-mentioned third parties, except where separate consent is required.

All persons who have access to Consumers’ personal information are required to comply with all applicable legal requirements concerning the protection and confidentiality of Consumers’ personal data.
